Bourbon Barrel Ring Picture Frame from ATGCC

A client recently approached us desiring that unique vision for a project that was close to their heart. We met with the client who had five pictures that held sentimental value to her that she wanted to frame but wasn’t sure where to start. She knew she wanted the frames to be made from unique materials, so we took the pictures and went to work!

We started by building five individual frames from upcycled barn wood. The materials that we source have withstood the test of time, bearing the marks and mars of usage which add to their character and speak to their quality, durability, and personality. Barn wood was the perfect material for this project and added a rustic, unique feel. We then attached the frames together and put them inside a bourbon barrel ring from Heaven Hills Distillery in Kentucky. Finally, the frames were mounted to appear as though they were floating in the ring.
